Young Australians were the hardest hit by job cuts during the pandemic.

The proportion of young people without work is still almost double that of the rest of the population and there are alarming reports of deteriorating youth mental health.

Reach Crew Member Reece has experienced this first hand: "Without work I feel powerless. And useless. I feel like a child again, where I'm depending on other people."

Through our workshops, we help young people like Reece to build their confidence and resilience. Of those that attended a Reach workshop: 75% said they felt hopeful about their future after attending and 70% of them felt more able to keep going when things got tough.
